Processing Time

Orders are typically prepare and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, custom orders and product availability.

 

Shipping Rate

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 CAD on orders within Canada. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 CAD.

 

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstance.

Lovelydg is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

 

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before place your order. Lovelydg is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
